Forced Overtime Philippines

hope for the 5 per thousand

The Finance Act, which this year is called the stability law was finally passed by the Senate last Tuesday. Given the complicated political situation prevailing in this period in our country and the delicate impending deadlines, the Senators have chosen to discuss it without changing what has already been decided in the passage in the House.
were, however, approved a set of agendas which commit the government to "heal" as soon as certain "shortcomings", so to speak.
Among these, the funding of five per thousand, who did so much talk in recent days and has awakened the concern of the voluntary sector and associations. The
5 per thousand is nothing but a small proportion of our income tax that, at the time of declaration, we can decide to "steal" the state coffers to devote to a particular recognized association.
This "waiver" costs the state 400 million each year. But this year has been allocated only in the financial quarter of the necessary 100 million euro.
In the Senate, upon the proposal of Senators of the PD (Finocchiaro, Giaretta, Stradiotto and others) has been approved an agenda that "commits the Government to allocate for the year 2011, the first decree-laws, a additional quota of 300 million euro as the extension of the liquidation of the share of five per thousand tax on personal income tax under Article 63-bis, paragraphs 1 to 4 of Decree-Law of 25 June 2008, n. 112, converted with amendments by Law of 6 August 2008, No 133 ".
Let us hope so! We keep you updated!
